Visuals is an amazing recruiting firm! They placed me in a full-time senior-level position at a cutting edge design company in San Francisco within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was commuting from San Francisco to Mt. View to a job at a startup company with very little resources and unknown odds of long term success. With high gas prices and the 10+ hours a week dedicated to travel (either by driving or Caltrain), I was motivated to find work closer to home. I contacted Visuals and within 2 days, they got me an interview with Punchcut (mobile user interaction design firm). First interview went very well; hiring manager asked excellent but not too probing questions making the interview feel like a real conversation rather than an interrogation. 1 week later, I went in for a second interview with the Principals where I sensed they and I share the same passion for designing usable products for mobile devices. 2 days after that, they extended a superb offer brokered by Visuals that I immediately accepted. The entire hiring process took exactly 2 weeks.
