Steve and his crew did an awesome job. Upon purchasing my home, I did not want to replace the counter-tops because of the wood base - but the laminate was a bit scratched. Ran into the Miracle Method and decided to give it a shot. I could not be more pleased, and at a fraction of the cost; only wished Steve had remembered to take a before picture. They also resurfaced the basin in my shower, which now looks brand new. What surprised me the most was that, being EXTREMELY sensitive to chemical smells, I was not able to be present while they did the work, and prepared myself to sleep elsewhere for a few nights - I was able to sleep in the house on the second night.
