My cleaning appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. At that time the doorbell rang. How often does that happen? Very seldom for me, and I was impressed before they even entered my home. The ladies were very professional and polite. They were asked to be shown around because it the first time. Then immediately they began working. I mentioned I couldn't see paying to have my home cleaned if it wasn't done as good I do myself or even better. They listened to my requests and did an outstanding job. It was a very positive experience. I have had a few other cleaning services. They start very good and then begin slacking off even after I mention this to them. I sincerely hope MaidPro continues their high standards. Kim is a wonderful person to talk with, discuss your needs, concerns, likes and dislikes.
