Review content:
I went for a brow wax and left with one good looking brow and one "spock" (star trek - see pic above of each brow) brow. I know that people make mistakes, but the what was worse than leaving with a huge bald spot in my brow, was that the person who did it was clinging to this story that I had a pre-existing bald spot and that by innocently removing the hairs below it, those hairs uncovered my bald spot. She totally had me convinced and then encouraged me to fix it (the problem she created but was passing off as a pre-existing bald spot) by buying a brow pencil from them and filling in the bald spot. It took me a whole drive home to realize that the likelihood that I've had a eye brow bald spot and didn't know it before then was a lot lower than her making a mistake. I called the next day asked for my money back. They gave me my money back but completely ignored the fact that she didn't just own up to it. The manager acted like I was the weird one for leaving without saying anything and like it was normal for someone to lie about how it happened. I won't be going back, that is for sure.
