I am so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Jim, who is truly a gifted Chiropractor! I take good care of myself and am in great health but last year for the first time in my life I developed back pain that grew worse and worse over the past year until I couldn't sit. I was experiencing numbness in my toe and pain literally from head to toe on one side. I tried medicine, massage therapy (which worked very temporarily), physical therapy (which unfortunately was extremely expensive and didn't work at all), regular exercise, stretching, yoga, you name it. I finally decided to take a friend's advice and try chiropractic care. A little scary to try I must admit. But Dr. Jim is experienced and knows what he's doing. A miraculous difference within the first 2 visits! I am seeing correction for problems I didn't know I had until they were gone. What a difference! Immediate TMJ improvement, clearer sinuses. And most of all, my back has stopped hurting for the first time in a year and the inflammation in my muscles and joints is healing! This is what I needed! Beautiful, inviting, professional office and staff. Dr. Jim treats the whole person and is a remarkable resource for restoring and maintaining optimal health. I guess what I really want to say is "YAY"!
