I highly recommend Rob West Plumbing for any plumbing problem. I'm very glad to have discovered this company. Rob West himself called me to talk over the problem at length within hours after I had posted an inquiry on his web site.
They solved a leakage problem in the crawlspace of my 108-year-old house, which necessitated a major sewer line repair. In the course of the job they discovered additional contributing problems, which were fixed promptly without added cost. Tom e-mailed me a detailed progress report at the end of the first day of work. In all, the job was finished a day early and $700 UNDER estimate. How often does that ever happen?
The plumbers involved were highly skilled, extremely courteous, and careful. I was especially grateful that they were able to complete the job without destroying some newly poured sidewalk and new bricked patio area, although it caused considerably more work for themselves.
I will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
