I don't know what that previous entry is all about. I've been going to Massage Envy branches for 3 years and the Brea location is by far the best one I've been to.
As far as the professionalism of the staff, one time I messed up my massage appointment time, and all the staff as well as the manager tried to accomodate me as best they could, even though it was MY mistake! They are always super nice to me and have never been impolite.
And the previous entry complains about how this location is surrounded by businesses, well duh, of course it is, its in DOWNTOWN Brea. The inside of Massage Envy is completely silent even though its located on a busy street.
I've been getting professional massages since I was 16 and so I know a bad massage when I get one, and in 3 years of going to ME, I've never had anything but great experiences.
Seriously, I love this place, and its so worth the marginal membership fee.
