Review content:
Ok, so I didn't really get to choose this company. My car was stolen and the police called them to pick up my car.
This woman at Woods Towing was so rude!!
After traveling an hour after work to get to the other side of the city, and go to the police to sign a release for my car, I got to the towing place 5 minutes before they closed. I didn't know they would require so much documentation, so I went back to my car (borrowed from my inlaws) to get all the crazy documentation required to prove that this car that was stolen was my car.
I get back to the little window with my stuff (it took me like 30 seconds) only to have the same woman that I had just talked to say "Sorry, we're closed" and walk away. I yelled after her, wait, it's a couple minutes until you close and I live an hour away. All I need to do is give you my form so that my insurance company can have you tow my car to get it fixed. I get nothing from her. So I have to drive back the next night (so two more hours round trip) to drop off my stuff. Granted the women working were much nicer that night...but sorry, couldn't make up with the horrible woman that was working the day before...
