Review content:
Only reason this "business" got 1 star is because it wont let me give 0 stars. Went in for a simple oil change and noticed the pool of oil under the car the next morning. Not the first time this happened here. The first time they put an oversize plug in after stripping the original. Okay, no big deal problem fixed right? Until 8 months later when I went in for another "simple" oil change. Same problem occured again due to the "mechanics" not knowing how to properly screw a plug in. I was forced to pay for a new oil pan, after dealing with Byron the more than useless manager, who blamed the problem on the vehicle which never leaked a drop of oil prior to going to SEARS AUTO. I asked for his managers number which he rudely refused to give me. I eventually got his managers number elsewhere and have also contacted the BBB for the worst service, and customer service ever. Beware, if they cannot successfully change oil what can they do?
