I recently moved to Greenville and was trying to find a new salon. Based on the mostly positive reviews from this site, I decided to give Wilson's a try. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were friendly and accommodating, able to set an appointment for me fairly soon. The salon itself is nice, spacious and bright, but the staff were less personable face-to-face than over the telephone. My stylist let me know that I was her last appointment of the day, and it was obvious by the way she rushed through my haircut that she was ready to get out the door. The haircut seemed okay when I left, but after I washed and dried my hair at home, I found several scraggly ends that the stylist was in too much of a hurry to catch and that I had to end up trimming myself. It wasn't the worst experience I've had at a salon, but I still doubt I will schedule another appointment there.
