My trees needed pruning. Shane, a certified arborist, from Texas Tree Team, came to my house to provide a free estimate. From the very start, you could tell that he is very knowledgeable about the different types of trees in Texas and their characteristics. He was very patient with me asking questions both inside and outside of the scope of the work that I had laid out to him. He spent more than an hour on site and took notes and pictures. On that same night he emailed me an itemized quote explaining what work he thinks should be done to each of the trees. None of the other tree companies I called in for estimate sent a certified arborist, and their gap to Texas Tree Team in terms of knowledge and professionalism was huge. None of them stayed more than 20 minutes on site, and they gave either an oral quote or a hastily written quote with no itemization. Shane won my trust almost immediately. The crew who came to trim the trees was also very polite and efficient. What helps things even more is that Shane came again on the day of work to make sure that the crew understand perfectly the work that needs to be done. Overall a very good experience with Texas Tree Team!
