Review content:
It is very refreshing to see a new management leading El Sol De España and the change is reflected in everything: the food, the staff, the atmosphere. Chef Dani Arana comes with good credentials to the area of Rockville and I would say to the residents of Rockville that next time they are looking for a Spanish restaurant, they should try El Sol De España. The menu shows the creativity of the Chef but is always rooted to the traditional flavors of Spain. These food features are often lost or diminished in the several Spanish restaurant chains that are found in the DC metro area with the exception of the top, upscale restaurants. Definitely, a great addition to the area and one of our favorite restaurants.
