I can't attest to the quality of his work, but the lack of professionalism in responding to a simple project request was very frustrating. After meeting me at the house for an initial estimate, I was given a time frame for the service to be performed. Needless to say, when no one showed up at the timeframe specified, I called and left a message. After several more calls over a 2 week period, I finally got through just to be given another timeframe and, unsurprisingly, no one showed up or called me back. I finally gave up after wasting 3 weeks on this contractor and moved on to another contractor which unnecessarily delayed this project by a total of 4 weeks. Simply unacceptable.
