Review content:
I recently called Bell to have them check on my air conditioner unit that wasn't working. The service man came and told me that we needed a whole new unit which would cost between $1000 and $2000 dollars installed, but he told me that someone from the office would call and give me the details. After a few days of not hearing back I called and said that before I would schedule a time to have it installed I wanted to know how much it would cost. They kept telling me that they would call me backa and never did. After a week and a half I called someone else and they said they could install it the next day and it would cost $1200. So I went with the other company. A week later Bell calls me back and tells me that they are on the way to install my AC unit. I told them that I didn't want it because I already had a new one installed and that they never called me back. The man was very nasty and told me that I had to take it and it was going to cost $2000. Needless to say, I didn't take it and would never use Bell again and I suggest you shouldn't either.
