I am not by any means impressed with Talis Management. I'm not typically a suspicious person, but I have to believe there are many employees posting these reviews. I live in Brier Creek and I have never experienced this impressive customer service SOOOO many other reviewers are raving about. I just tried to respond to an email they sent the community, but received a "Mail Delivery Failure" notice. That's how I found this website (searching for a contact email address online). When I speak to them directly, (particularly the lady in the Brier Creek Country Club office) I get the impression that I am annoying her. I will say there USED to be a lady who was Extremely nice, but she is no longer with the company. Again, overall I'm not impressed with Talis at all. I agree with another reviewer ` We (the homeowners) can do a much better job managing the community & it would save us a lot of money doing so. If you are thinking about moving to an area managed by Talis or considering hiring them in your community. Please do thorough in depth research. Seriously
