I have shopped at Party City for several things for my wedding last year and for Halloween. They have a great selection year around for wedding stuff. I got several serving utensils, napkins, cups, and trays to use for my reception and they were inexpensive. At Halloween they have a great selection and their clearance after Halloween is great.
