We got our living room and hallway done from Tuscan and at first the work looked great but that soon turned into disappointment as I had to call and complain that the flooring wasnt looking good and the baseboards were not properly entact. The store rep Zack seemed to care of our concerns but there was a lot of run arounds and to this day the flooring isn't up to expectations. The contractors broke my light fixture and then I had to wait a few days after for a cleaning crew to come and they didnt completely clean up the dust. I wouldn't let them come in and do the rest of my home.
We are now looking to get the bedrooms done and when I thought about it, I got hesitant because of my past experience...When it comes to spending the amount of money we did I want to make sure this time I get a company that takes care of my needs the first time around.
