Review content:
The Barn Sale is a consignment store that is open for not very long each day (it closes at 2 most days) and run by nice old people. The prices are usually pretty low to begin with, and they get cut in half when an item has been there a month. I've never found any clothing there that I liked (I've had much better luck at the Goodwill right down the street), but I occasionally find something really cool in the housewares department. I imagine a lot of the items are from old people, and thus the clothes are not interesting to me but many of the housewares are old enough to be "retro" and thus fit my tastes.
