Can you say happy? I accidently dropped a very expensive bracelet down the toilet. I was distraught and didn't know what to do. I took the toilet apart and there was no bracelet. The next morning I called my new best friends at roto rooter. They were at my door in less than 24 hours. I shared with the 2 techs what had happened and they assured me they would do all that was possible to retrieve my bracelet. They told me to relax and that "today is gonna be a good day". They were correct, within minutes the camera had located my bracelet. Shear amazement and excitement. The techs honestly were just as excited as I was...what a great feeling!!!!!!Great customer service from the start. I was also impressed that they returned my bathroom back to normal and left no mess behind. Roto rooter, whatever plumbing issues I have going forward, know that you will be contacted. Oh, they played with the doggie too!!!!!!
