I woke up Christmas morning to find that I had some sort of running water in my walls. I am a new 2nd floor condo owner. After walking around and talking to my upstairs neighbor, I determined that the water was indeed coming from my unit. I turned off what I could find, but could still hear something going on and I knew there was going to be a big problem. So, I called Roto-Rooter because they advertised 24/7 and holidays. I mean, it's Christmas day. It couldn't have happened the day before or the day after, but on Christmas. Ugh. The Roto-Rooter Plumber showed up when stated and let me know right away how bad it might be. He was very professional, knowledgeable and skillful. He even recommended I take pictures for insurance purposes. I wouldn't have thought to do that. It was definitely an expensive visit, but if I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't change anything, except perhaps bake some cookies for us:)
