Review content:
Our sump pump malfunctioned so I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers as they had repaired it once before. The first effort on 3/10/11 seemed to correct the problem--the float had gotten hung up and the pump would not shut off like it was supposed to. However, the next morning when my son took his shower, the pump got hung again. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers back to explain the problem. They were very polite and accomodating to send someone back out at my convenience. The plumber took a look at it, called the service repairman from the day before, and then took a few extra steps to assure us the float would not get hung up again. Plumbing problem solved and no additional charges for the second call!
