Review content:
We woke up Tuesday morning with no hot water. We had no idea what the issue was other than there was going to be no showers in the near future. I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with a lovely lady who had sympathy for our problem and promised to have someone headed our way immediately. Within 30 minutes of my call a nice young man by the name of Danny (Tech #52-173) was ready to determine what our next steps would be. He accessed under our house through a very small opening and determined that we had a river of water and that a new hot water heater was required. In the next 4 hours, Danny had a heater purchased and installed. The outcome was absolutely perfect and the experience certainly set in stone that our plumber of choice would always and forever be Roto-Rooter.
Thanks Roto-Rooter for always being ready and able to help in the worst of situations.
