I purchased a stack-able washer and dryer from Petrillo's. When it was delivered to my home, one of the delivery men was very rude, he kept complaining to me about having to deliver and install the unit.
When I first tried to use the unit, I noticed that they had broken my dryer duct and lint was blowing out into my laundry room and that the entire unit was wobbling because they failed to level it. I had to buy a new dryer duct and install it myself and I had to level the machine as well. Also, the front panel of the unit was dented and there was a big scratch down the side.
Considering that their prices are no lower than Sears, Home Depot or Lowe's, I would not recommend buying from this company, it's just not worth the hassle.
