Took a perfect iphone in for a new sim card, after a $28.00 sim card charge (I've never had to pay for one before) the phone worked for twenty minutes, then shut down.. It son't come back on.
Coincidence? Jay Cawthen, the manager seems to think so. His advice, "Call Apple."
I would never do business with this location again and recommend you look elsewhere. Oh. Call the phone #. The lack of a message is an indication of how professional thtis place is.
