Everything went wrong from the beginning. Someone had me down for a body wrap, luckily, they were able to accomodate me nonetheless, leaving all the little disappointed details out, I finally get to the massage room and it looked a mess. As a matter of fact I don't even know if that was a massage room to begin with. At this point I just want a good massage. Even much more disappointing, the therapist worked on my back the entire hour...Did I need to specify I wanted a full body. I tipped her well just because but horrible experience. I understand things happens last minute but the way it was handle was completely unprofessional.
