Good Day,
I am a fairly sophisticated internet user but I will say I have never actually posted an opinion on anyone's web site. I was just browsing tonight and came upon the comments from "Mingyow" stating great disappointment and I just HAD to comment. I have been going to Arli since its inception, with a recent appointment about 2 months ago. I have also gone with my mother for her appointment and waited in the waiting room where I heard absolutely nothing but praise for all the folks working there. I myself have ALWAYS ALWAYS experienced nothing but the most professional, caring and warm atmosphere and the best massage out there. I can say this because on the occasion they are booked and I am having pain I've had to use other services and never have they compared to Arli. Please don't let this one persons opinion prevent you from the Arli experience, yourself. You then can make your own opinion and I am sure it will be very similar to mine.
