I purchased sign letters off of a building going out of business to use for the name of my company on our building (cost - $300). The letters I purchased had 16 of the 21 letters I needed. I took the letters to Sign-Tech in Fife so they could match the font, make the five letters I needed and install my complete company name on my facility. It took over three weeks to even get a quote from them - they were amazing slow. When I finally went with another sign company (who gave me a quote in 24 hours) and went to pickup up the letters I purchased and dropped off at their facility, they informed me that they "accidently" recycled them. When I asked to be reimbursed for the $300 that I paid for the lettering, they told me I was just out of luck and they were not going to pay me. You may be able to live with the extremely slow service this company provides, but if you have any disagreements with them, don't expect a positive outcome as there is certainly a lack of managerial integrity.
