I have been to this spa twice in the past 4 years, and my experience was similar both times. The staff was extremely varied in their levels of professionalism. The receptionists were standoffish and very unhelpful both times I went, while the pedicurist was extremely friendly--almost overly friendly and slightly nosy for an "upscale" spa such as this one. My second visit was the deal breaker, though. Only in Tennessee would a manicurist start rambling on about her mobile home. She was friendly and sweet and did a decent job, but I really expected a more relaxing experience both times.
