Review content:
I have been to this spa 3 times now -- each time for a massage & using gift cards that I received. The first 2 times I wasn't impressed with the massuese at all but thought perhaps I was just unlucky. This last visit was the rock bottom. About 10 min into my massage, my massuese stopped the CD player & then couldn't get it to work again & spent a few minutes trying to make it work. My masseuse also brought in a gallon of water (in a milk jug no less) and stopped 2 or 3 times during my massage to get a drink so all I heard was gulp, gulp, gulp & the water sloshing. I only had him concentrate on my neck/shoulders for 1 hr so I should have been very refreshed but I wasn't. And after the massage was over, he knocked on the door after a few minutes & asked if I was done -- basically saying move it along out of this room. So this will be my last visit. And you would think with the spa being in an upscale Brentwood location it would be better.
