Provalue net can not provide the service they advertise, or any where close to the speeds that are listed in their information flyers.
They are a WISP and are over their heads when trying to run this network. Their product is riddled with high latencies (2500 ms+) low down load speeds (less than a 56k modem).
Their support is generally nice but do not solve your problem before closing call tickets.
Just stay away from their internet services not worth your money, and they wont let you out of your contract when you finally give up trying to help them fix their network.
