Businiess name:  Greenstar Cooperative Market

Greenstar is definitely a supermarket that belongs in Ithaca. It is very different from your typical supermarket. I have been there twice and enjoyed my experience both times. The store is smaller than the big chains, but has a decent selection and organic and locally grown food. They also have a lot of prepared foods that you can come and buy for dinner. They have a small area where you can eat in as well. While the food is a bit more expensive, you get very high quality food that you know doesn't have any "bad" stuff in it.
