Review content:
I injured my low back and was expecting to go to a typical medical office for treatment. I found the listing and made my appointment. The doctor saw me within a few hours of calling on a Saturday. The office was totally amazing! Staff were very attentive to my being in pain. The office is in a street front Spanish house that looks recently redesigned. My first impression was comfortable, hip/modern and clean. Staff appeared full of energy and very healthy. The doctor has a very whole body apporach to care and on my first visit did an exam, worked on my muscles, did stretching and gave me an adjustment. I was given a home stretches and told to use heat. He called me the next day...again HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY to see how I was doing (amazing). They also offer pilates and massage. Once I was out of pain the doctor recommended that I begin strengthening my back via pilates classes. I love the Russian girl instructor, she kicks butt. I was worried that I may not be able to do the exercises in the pilates class, but because it is done on pilates machines I was able to adjust the resistance to make it more or less difficult. I highly recommend this office for both the great treatment from the doctor and staff and the because of the integrated approach to making me better. Lastly, my insurance covered the whole thing and I was given a breakdown of my coverage on my second visit that showed how much I can use the services before I have to pay.
Pros: Parking, ease of making an appointment, short time in waiting room
Cons: I wish I knew about this office sooner
