Let more first say that i have had many services done at hairscapes...nails, massage, facials, hair, wax, eyebrows. Most of them have been pretty good. But I can just no longer tolerate the unprofessional behavior of the owner. I want the salon to be a relaxing experience. I don't want to hear all about the drama going on in YOUR life, much of which seems made up. And I certainly don't want to hear gossip and lies. Furthermore, when I only have so much time in a day, I cannot afford to spend 3-4+ hours getting my hair done. If you wonder why you are losing clients, this is why. FOCUS on your client, be positive, show up on time and get a color/cut done in 2.5 hours or less. It's totally possible. Also, can you please keep the bathroom clean and stocked with toilet paper? Little things make a big difference.
