Review content:
I felt compelled to write a review on the frosty environment at Stacey Todd at home. Last week my family was visiting from Paris and being new to the area I decided to take them on a stroll on Ventura boulevard. My shopaholic mother was intrigued by the window display and loved the soaps and lotions in the store. I am afraid I have to concede with the other reviews listed the sales women ignored us .... the staff were absorbed in their conversation and were completely dismissive of our presence. After being in the store for a full 10 minutes without being acknowledged we left the store empty handed as my mother (VP of a well known successful banking firm and who for the record is an extremely smart, strong and confident woman) simply did not want to invest a dime in a business where the staff have an attitude and her presence was not even acknowledged. Perhaps this is Stacey Todds MO, but for the record I hope the owners of the store please take note, my mother has a discerning taste and when she likes a product, she buys in bulk. We drove to Fred Segal, you lost close to a $2,000.00 sale. Pros: Great gifts Cons: Bad customer service
