What a nice surprise it was to discover Cielo Salon and Spa in the heart of Wilmington. It is located in a beautifully restored historic looking building that catches your eye when you enter the heart of Wilmington's high rise office district. It was an even better surprise to discover that the caliber of salon and spa serivce was first class. Laron, the owner and stylist, has a sophisticated eye and talent that feels like she is right out of New York's high style hub. She knows her stuff and she has talent. The interior of the salon and spa is just as elegant and chic as the outside of the building. This has to be the best place around south of New York!
