Overall I was satisfied with the job and would rate the results as excellent. I would recommend it to friends and neighbors but would add a warning about the smell especially if they do not have a window in the room where the work is done or a very large area (such as tile walls) is done and the room must be used soon after. The technician was an hour late so I would have to give a poor rating on promptness especially since I was told when I made the appointment 8am was the arrival time and then I was called the evening before my appointment and told he would be arriving between 9:30 and 10am he actually arrived between 10:30 and 11am.
He was neat and professional and I thought he did an excellent job.
My only suggestion is to warn customers about the lingering odor especially if they have respiratory sensitivities or have small children and pets in the house when the work is done and while it is curing. Also, make inform customers that in the case of a tub or shower they need the SRS surface because without it or the use of appliques or a rubber mat it will be unsafe.
Overall I am glad I had my tub done and am happy with the work
