I enjoy gifts that aare unique and a little bit different...things that feed not the body but the soul of the receiver, so when Ifirst heard about OM, I was intrigued.
Located at 105 South LInn Sreet, it is fairly easy to find, but allowing for the college crowd downtown, could be a bit harder to find a parking place closeby, depending upon the time of day and such. That said, it isn't a far walk from anywhere downtown and in my opinion, downtown IC is a great place to "people watch" so walking to this store isn't a problem at all!
This place is really interesting, if not leaning towards the "new age" style. With "singing bowls", statues, beautiful art, and of course incense and all that entails, OM is a breath of fresh air gift wise. with employees that are friendly and helpful, OM seems to have it all right down to the items near the checkout...how unique!
I must be honest here though and admit that the gifts available here, with the exception of some of the 22 kt gold jewlery, weren'ting I would invest in for myself. their wares are more the type that you would buy for a friend....definitly something most would like but few would buy for themselves!
The next time you are downtown, drop in on OM and check out the delights within......they are exquisite and unique and I think interesting as well! Check them out......and let me know what you think...I'll always open to other opinions
