Review content:
After just 1 visit to this place I knew I'd never go back. 1 small adjustment hurt me more than helped. After visiting other chiropractors in the area, my issues were easily taken care of. After talking with them about my experience with Skaggs, they told me he gives local chiropractors a bad name. I wish I knew this before going! The $35 fee for 3 minutes of ultrasound was a waste. This and the $75 fee for new patient screening was never brought to my attention as a new patient without any insurance. I asked if my bill could be adjusted and the office said they would contact me but never did. After this happened, I lost my home from the May 22 tornado and without my knowledge, my bills were sent to me and returned back to the Dr, so he turned me in to a collections agency. This adds another $74 for the collections service. The collection agency asked Skaggs if he would adjust my bill due to the situation. His answer was "no". Hurray for him and the insurance money he got from the tornado, his collections of my full bill that I never recieved for his horrible service, bed side manner, and adjustment, plus the additional $74 I had to pay which could have been easily avoided if he would have tried calling my phone number that's on file.
