This Spa has the relaxed feeling of spending time in a friend's living room. It appears to be a house that has been converted. When you walk in the front door you are greeted in the reception area where your coat is taken (if you're wearing one) and you're are brought to the waiting area where you have several seating options - my favorite is the overstuffed sofa, and you're offered a beverage. This is a great spa....the staff is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit to Botanicals Day Spa.
