Review content:
We ordered about $8,000 worth of blinds in August 2007. They arrived and were fitted three months later, but there were many problems. In our bathroom, the blinds didn't fit the windows and large gaps are left that mean they do not provide privacy from outside. In other rooms, the tilt cords were on the opposite side from what we ordered making them hard to access. Valances were also fitted that we had never seen before nor discussed, and looked terrible on our windowframes.
The President of the company got quite defensive, but never apologised or accepted the problems. We would not use this company again.
