Management there is very rude and lie all the time. I asked different managers multiple times for a water leak repair under a sink. Technician came a few times and the solution worked for a week so I had to come back to the apartment office and ask for the repair every week. The last three calls were ignored so I came and asked to give me copies of work orders for my records. They gave me only 2 work orders one of which said that the work was completed on Monday. But my spouse stayed at home the entire Monday but no technician appeared. What a lie! When I asked about work order which I made on Tuesday they said I did not come on Tuesday and didn't ask anything. Another lie! When they came again they left a notice that there were no water leak in the sink and that I washed my hair in sink (can you imagine someone washing hair in the sink?) so the water went over countertops. However when I came home and opened the tap the water leak disappeared. What was the reason to lie? And I did not even mention that they were pushy and mean to me when I asked them for copies of repair work orders. When something got broken I often had to ask twice before I got a repair. Definitely do not recommend this apartment complex, I am sure there are a lot of nicer people around to deal with.
