My landlord had Central heat and air installed in our house, The job done was great, I have very eaven cooling throughout the house. The problem came when my VERY large Very full change jar came up missing on thier departure. It wasn't noticed till about 2am after they left when my partner went to empty his pockets.......No jug......I called the number that night and got the answering service. Left a message and have heard nothing back, I even sent an e-mail to the operations person, whose name was Berner, apparently he doen;t care either. They are great at HVAC work but be carefull of their laborers!!!!
