Review content:
I received services today and called in hopes of sharing my experience. After spending almost 5 minutes on the phone receiving a dissertation on how to clean blinds, I felt like a child being reprimanded. While I have been a homeowner for more than 10 years now but in this home only 4, I am fully aware of how blinds are to be cleaned. FYI: My home was not "dirty" per the actual cleaning staff, which is part of my concern. I did not check the area before they left so I gave them a tip. What saddens me most is that I was actually looking to sign up for additional cleaning services and to have a representative in to provide a quote before all the excuses; so much for that thought.
LESSON to Owner: Listen more than you speak!
