We arrived home on our honeymoon to find that the kitty litter door had been closed by the cats or something while we were gone. I was hoping it had only been closed for a short time but to my dismay i quickly found that not to be the case. I found spots on the carpet that i attempted to clean on my own using natures miracle, vinegar, and carpet cleaner with no luck. But worse than that was they also soiled our love seat. I searched google for a reputable company and found ProClean with 5 stars and 7 great reviews. I called them on a Friday at 5:00, we spoke over the phone and the owner came out at 8:00 to asses the damage. I was shocked that he didn't try to push me off until Monday. After he inspected with his light we found that there were allot more soiled spots than expected. "not a problem" he said, he sat down and gave me a quote. My first impression was he was very honest, personable, and very pleasant to talk to. I received the quote and the price was right on what i expected.(on a side note, i believe that you get what you pay for, and any business claiming to clean your carpet for forty dollars in your whole house and scotch guard for ten dollars with a coupon can't be a good service. We all know every business has to make money, and let me tell you they are going to make money on the forty somehow and someway. You will be the victim, either in service or products used.) After the quote he understood the importance to have it done as soon as possible and was able to come out on Sunday with his crew and clean it. the Service, top notch i am a perfectionist and so is the owner and his crew. From moving the furniture to placing guards along the corner of your wall, to even blocking the air from entering the house from the hose they use with plastic, to the instructions upon completion. The best thing and i mean very best, is no pressure sales. He did not show up trying to sell me more products or persuade me into scotch guarding the entire house, he did what was quoted made sure i was satisfied, with diligence and in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking quality work for a quality price, with friendliness and respect for your house.
