These guys 'lost our paperwork', didn't show up at their appointed time (vacation time had been taken from work and day care arranged for our toddler twins) and then didn't make any effort to accomodate us. The earliest they could fit us in was 2 days later. They didn't apologize and barely acknowledged their mistake. It was the most unproffesional behavior I've ever experienced in movers and i've used all levels from 'man with a van' up to this supposedly pro (and expensive) level. In a panic we called around and '"Miracle Movers" took us on (for a lower price) with just a few hours notice. The guys who moved us were on an unexpected third move that day but were quick, polite and careful even though they were tired and sweaty. Never use Hansen Bros., call "Miracle Movers" instead.
