We had the Owner of Rock Solid Granite & Tile from 1161 W. 780 N. Orem, UT 84057 come to our home to give us a bid we found him thru a trade company that we deal with so he comes out to get measurements and tells my wife oh this is such an easy job this can be done in a half a day and we can get right on it and tells her that he will send over a bid by email so we wait two days and we get the bid in our email we really like the price its $3,900 on trade so we call him up to get the job done we can't get a hold of him for several day(that should of bin our clue) then we finally do after repeated times and he says he is on vacation and he will be back on Wednesday to call him then so we called Wed, Thurs, Friday and get no return call or anything from him so then on Saturday morning we decide to try to call him from a new # to see what will happen 4 ring in he answers so my wife goes into find out what is going on he says that he has to change the bid and now it needs to go to $6,000 dollars and 25% of that has to be in cash and the rest could be in trade maybe if we can work that out later so my wife asks why would you do that it sounds a little like a bait and switch and as soon as she says that he says well I don't think I would really be interested in doing this job any more and told her goodbye and hangs up on her. I want everyone to know this and to stay as far away from this man, company as you can anyone looking into this man be careful of what you do with him. Again Jeff with Rock Solid Granite & Tile in Orem, UT now on to the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office.
