Review content:
CLEC Solutions is one of the most difficult companies that I have ever had to deal with before. The employees there are rude and do not return your phone calls. They give you the run-around telling you who you need to talk to about for this particular problem, and no one there will take responsibility to follow through with fixing the problem that you are having. The owner is impulsive and tries to get involved with your problems without knowing what's going on. He is blunt and unprofessional when talking to you. You definetely do not get the feeling that they are there to help make your life easier.
