Review content:
Went in for my appointment 15 min late and was refused service. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help. The management and owner are very unprofessional! The manager that I dealt with never went to cosmetology school. How can you manage a business and not have a background in the service? Scary stuff! The owner has quite the reputation among the other merchants in the area of being rude, snobby, and unhelpful. If you have a issue here don't expect it to be resolved!
