Review content:
Lakewatch is a wonderful place for any group (especially a fraternity or sorority) that is looking to hold an event. It is in a beautiful location and the surroundings are gorgeous.
The hall itself is relatively large and has an upstairs that can also be used. I attended two formals there and had very positive experiences at both. The food that is served is very good and the room is always set up extremely nicely.
It is a little out of the way and would require transportation to get to, but this shouldn't deter anyone from using the facility.
I wasn't involved in planning either of the events I went to so I can't necessarily speak to that aspect of things, but I know that the price was competitive with other places.
Overall, this is a very nice facility and in fact, many groups hold events there. Thus, I would recommend booking very far in advance in order to guarantee availability.
