Review content:
I had previously gone to Daylilly Spa Salon for over two years. I was always happy with the service and outcome of my visit until the last 2 times. I went in for partial highlights with Molly K as I had done many times before but this time my hair was extremely DULL looking. It looked like I had just done it myself with a product from the grocery store! I let it go and when I came in the nextr time (a few weeks ago) I mentioned it and she replied "that is because you had partial highlights" What a lie! I had partial highlights many times before this and never was it DULL. Anyway, this time I had full highlights. It was SO BAD that I called to get my money back which the manager graciously did. I felt that Molly K was very much not into doing my hair that day. Focussed on anything but my hair! She was inattentive and "rough" on my head and hair from the foil to the rinsing out etc. My only hopes is that noone else has to go through this! I will NEVER go there again and would not ever recommend it to anyone. I went to a different salon where they could not believe the color and the bad highlights I received. In the end, what a difference from Daylily Spa Salon!!
